Seri S13-M menghadirkan peningkatan efisiensi energi dengan peringkat Level 13, menggabungkan konstruksi tertutup dengan peningkatan kinerja. Berperingkat 10–5000 kVA, primer 0,48–35 kV dan sekunder 0,208–0,48 kV, insulasi minyak mineral dengan kenaikan suhu 65 K.
