⚙How It Works
An integrated energy storage cabinet packages battery modules, a PCS, an EMS and thermal and fire protection into one factory-built outdoor enclosure. Liquid cooling holds the cells in their optimal temperature band, allowing a 215–372 kWh system to fit a compact footprint while preserving an 8000-cycle service life. The all-in-one form factor removes the need for a separate container, battery room and PCS plant, so a unit can be sited outdoors and energised in days rather than weeks.
▦Structure & Composition
Inside the IP55 cabinet, battery clusters (1P52S or 1P16S packs) sit alongside a liquid-cooling circuit, an integrated PCS and EMS, and an aerosol-plus-perfluorohexanone fire system with PACK-level detection. A DC/AC distribution section feeds the auxiliaries and connects to the grid through the built-in PCS, with Ethernet / RS485 / CAN and Modbus TCP for remote monitoring.
