EV Charging Transformer
A transformer for EV charging stations handling harmonic-rich loads and variable power demands.
EV charging transformers supply EV charging stations with unique characteristics: harmonic currents from rectifiers, rapidly varying demand, outdoor installation.
Must handle K-factor loads K-4 to K-13. DC fast chargers produce severe harmonics. Must accommodate wide load swings.
Key: K-rating, enhanced cooling for outdoor environments, compatibility with smart charging.
QDTB provides EV charging solutions including compact substations integrating transformer, RMU, and management. New energy guide covers EV design.
