IEEE C57 covers power transformers, distribution transformers, regulators, and reactors for North America. Key: C57.12.00 (General), C57.12.10 (Power), C57.12.80 (Terminology), C57.154 (Loading).
Differs from IEC 60076 in temperature rise (total 65C), BIL, NEMA ratings. North American equipment must meet IEEE/ANSI.
